Yes January 26 has been Australia Day for over 200 years and they want to take it away or change the date because that’s the date Captain Cook discovered Australia. This year in particular they’ve tried really hard, even some of our grocery stores refusing to sell the Australian Flag, TShirts and hats that everyone wears on Australia Day….so they can show how ‘woke’ they are.
