I’m writing this hoping to save others from the same frustrations

I started publishing on Simily in February 2022, after reading rave reviews from different writers on Medium.

However, I do regret joining this writing platform, as it’s been nothing but frustration after frustration with the site.

I’ve explained my initial frustrations in this article here, so I won’t go over old ground or lament again at how foolish I was to buy an annual subscription — which is the only reason I still publish on the site.

The fragile stability of the platform is one thing but now I learn it’s costing me financially too!

I thought I’d continue to publish on Simily until my year was up, seeing as I’m writing the articles for my Medium account anyway — you’d figure that would just be passive income — right?

Not necessarily as I’m just discovering.
