The Path of Least Resistance
The answer to all our woes
An energy pathway of resistance,
Fighting to gain traction,
A blockage backs up the emotional turmoil,
And the heart weeps.
The thought patterns cycle endlessly,
Obsession welcomed unacceptably,
Stress levels rise until the dam bursts,
Catastrophic weakening on every level.
Acceptance is the key,
Don’t confuse this with approval,
As going with the flow does not make it okay,
But it does stop the fight.
The energetic circuit is once more restored,
The feelings trip and release,
Sit with it until it winds down,
You’ll eventually find peace.
Tomorrow will be a clean up arrangement,
Of the mess thwarted on this day,
A heart will feel lighter,
And a life will ease while the issue gets lost upon the way.
