I remember well my first Vocal Top Story, where I received an email from Vocal to advise me of this award.
However, since then I have never again received notification when I have been lucky enough to receive this status, on anything I have written.
I have usually found out when some kind soul has congratulated me on Facebook.
Today’s Top Story is no different, whereby I found out by accident. It was only when I checked Vocal’s Top Stories today to see if any friends had been awarded, that I found I had been lucky enough to receive this honour.
Without further ado, I am honoured to share with you the poem that successfully received Top Story. This is my tenth Top Story on the platform.
This poem was written to describe and honour the unique strengths of a strong woman.
