Medium……Does Your Support Email Work?

I have been patient, but I now have to ask……..does Medium’s support email work or is it just a false sense of security?

I emailed Medium’s support two weeks ago because it’s obvious something has changed with their read algorithm. I gave precise examples and asked if this was in fact correct or was there an issue.

But to date I have not even received the courtesy of a response!

It is all very disappointing!

Maybe I am just too impatient but I get the feeling my question was too hard and they are hoping I won’t push the issue.

This is the first time I have emailed Medium so I would be very interested in other experiences by Medium Members when emailing their support team. Let me know whether you had any success.
